Bread Jam Rolls

Ingredients

  • bread – 10 slices
  • mixed fruit jam
  • chocolate sauce

Method

  1. Remove the side crumbs of the bread
  2. then press the side of two pieces of bread
  3. Apply the fruit jam and sauce as a design on the top of the bread
  4. Roll the bread and serve

Banana icecream

Ingredients

  • banana 2
  • honey 4 tsp
  • chocolate syrup small quantity
  • badam and pista gratings 1 tsp

Method

  1. Remove the skin of the banana and cut it into small pieces and keep it in the freezer for 2 hours
  2. Mix chocolate syrup and honey to this and beat it in a mixie
  3. Then add badam and pista gratings and pour them into molds
  4. Once set take out and serve

Fruits kabab

Ingredients

  • fruits of your choice 1 cup
  • honey as needed
  • toothpick

Method

  1. In the toothpick arrange the fruits in order for eg banana, watermelon, and kiwi
  2. Put honey on this and serve

Sweet puffed rice

Ingredients

  • puffed rice 1 cup
  • rice flakes, fried gram dhal and groundnuts mixture 1/4 cup
  • jaggery 1/4 cup grated

Method

Mix the above ingredients together one by one and serve

Biscuit falooda

Ingredients

  • biscuit crumbs 1 cup
  • tutty fruity 4 tsp
  • badam and pista gratings as needed
  • fruits of your choice 1/4 cup
  • jelly pieces small quantity
  • icecream 1 cup
  • rose syrup 1 tsp

Method

  1. Take a glass and put little fruit mixture
  2. On top of that add biscuit crumps, jelly pieces and tutty fruity in order
  3. Then add half of the icecream
  4. Make another 3 layers as above with ice cream as the final ingredient
  5. Then add badam pista gratingsand rose syrup on top and serve

Chocolate laddu

Ingredients

  • Marie biscuit crumbs 1 cup
  • milkmaid 1/4 cup
  • badam and pista gratings as needed
  • cocoa powder 2 tsp
  • jeera sweet 1 pkt

Method

  1. Mix the biscuit crumps, badam and pista gratings, cocoa powder and half of the milkmaid and make it into small balls
  2. Then dip the balls in the remaining milkmaid and roll it on jeera sweet and serve

Cream fruits and nuts

Ingredients

  • fruits of your choice 1 cup
  • curd 1 cup
  • sugar 2 tsp
  • cream 1/4 cup
  • badam and pista gratings as needed
  • salt as needed

Method

  1. In a broad vessel add curd, salt sugar, and cream and mix well
  2. To this add the fruit mixture and badam and pista gratings
  3. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator and once chill serve

Chocolate dessert

Ingredients

  • biscuit crumbs 1 cup
  • cream 1/2 cup
  • chocolate sauce

Method

  1. Take a glass and put the biscuit crumbs then cream and then chocolate sauce
  2. Repeat this addition again and keep the glass in a refrigerator
  3. Serve chilled

Chocolate fruit Pani Puri

Ingredients

  • small pani puris 5
  • chocolate sauce 1 cup
  • fruits of your choice
  • honey 5 tsp
  • badam and pista gratings as needed

Method

  1. Make holes in the upper portion of the pani puris
  2. Then dip the puris in chocolate sauce
  3. Put the cut fruits into the puris
  4. Garnish with badam and pista gratings
  5. Add honey and serve

Thokku salad

Ingredients

  • mango thokku 5 tsp
  • curd 1 cup
  • salt as needed

Mix the above three ingredients in a mixie and serve
