Cake Pops
Ingredients
- Sponge cake – 1
- milkmaid – as needed
- chocolate sauce – 1 cup
- jeera sweet 1 packet
- lollipop stick – as needed
Method
- Cut the sponge cake into small pieces and grind it into powder in a mixie
- Add milkmaid to this and make a dough with it
- Roll it into small balls and fix the lollipop stick to it
- Dip this into sauce and sprinkle jeera sweet on it and serve
Boondhi Chat
Ingredients
- curd -1 cup
- Spicy boondhi – 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaf – little
- Chat masala – as needed
- salt – as needed
Method
- Mix salt and masala with the curd nicely
- Mix the boondhi with this
- Garnish with coriander leaf and serve
Rosemilk Gulfi
Ingredients
- milk – 1 cup boiled and cooled
- rose syrup – as needed
- sugar – 5 tsp
- gulfi mould – 5
Method
- mix the rose syrup and sugar with milk and mix well
- pour this mixture into the gulfi mould and keep it in the freezer for 8 hours
- then remove the moulds from the freezer and show it under tap water
- the gulfi will easily come out of the mould then serve
Groundnut Laddu
Ingredients
- roasted groundnut – 1 cup
- grated jaggery – 1 cup
- ghee – 1 tsp
- fried gram dhal – 1 tsp
Method
- break the fried gram dhal into a coarse mixture by rough grinding in a mixie
- grind the groundnut and jaggery in a mixie together
- Mix the ground fried gram dhal with this mixture and add ghee to it
- make small balls with this mixture
- now groundnut ladoo is ready
Bread ice cream
Ingredients
- Bread slices – 4
- milk – 1 cup boiled and cooled
- cream and sugar – 1/2 cup each
- Cardamom powder – 1 pinch
- nuts as per your wish
Method
- remove the borders of the bread
- mix milk cream and sugar to this and grind it in a mixie
- add cardamom powder and nuts to this and put it in plastic containers and keep it in the freezer
- once set remove it from the freezer and cut it to pieces and serve
Papaya puree
Ingredients
- ripe papaya – 1
- sugar – as needed
Method
- remove the skin and seed from the papaya
- mash it and add sugar to it
- Papaya puree is ready
- serve it with chapathi or bread
Rice flakes snacks
Ingredients
- Rice flake – 1 cup
- coconut gratings – 1/4 cup
- cardamom powder – 1 pinch
- sugar – as needed
Method
- soak the rice flakes in water for 2 minutes and strain
- add sugar, cardamom powder and coconut grating to this
- serve
Banana Treat
Ingredients
- banana -2
- fruit jam – as needed
- Marie biscuit – 5
Method
- Powder the Marie biscuit into powder
- remove the skin and cut the banana into pieces
- mix the banana, biscuit powder and fruit jam in a bowl
- serve this mixture in small bowls
Nuts lollipop with honey
Ingredients
- roasted cashew, badam, groundnut, gram dhal – 1 cup
- honey – as needed
- toothpick – as needed
Method
- Grind the nuts into powder in a mixie
- mix honey with this and make them into small balls
- fix the toothpick into this balls and serve as a lollipop
Curd Chutney
Ingredients
- sourless curd – 1 cup
- idli chili powder – 1/2 cup
- salt – as needed
Method
- mix the curd with salt and idli chili powder
- serve with dosa or chapathi
